Purpose
The purpose of the P.A.N.T.H.E.R.S. Program is to equip youth with the skills, exposure, and support needed to pursue careers in the healthcare workforce. Through a culturally-humble, holistic approach, we aim to develop purpose-driven leaders prepared to meet critical workforce needs and bring healing to their communities.
